You can book by visiting www.tablefood.co.uk and completing the Contact Form with detailed information about your event. We’ll provide menu options and a bespoke quotation. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your date and final payment, guest numbers and dietary requirements are due at least 2 weeks before the event.
Yes, we need a rough estimate when you book, but final numbers must be confirmed two weeks before the event. We can accommodate increases up to two days before, but any decreases within the two weeks will still be invoiced. If there is a significant drop in guest numbers, we may need to revise your quote to reflect the updated requirements.
Menu changes can be made up to one month before your event.
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit to secure your booking date. The balance, final numbers and any special dietary requests are due at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

The BBQ menus are cooked using a Trailblazer Charcoal BBQ, which is the size of a small garden trailer.
For children under 10, special menus or smaller portions can be provided. Children over 10 are treated as adults.
No, Table cannot accommodate or cook foods that we have not supplied.
