Buckwheat Pancakes
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp(heaped) almond butter
Mixed together and let to sit for 15 minutes.
Cook and enjoy!
