Cinnamon Oat Scones

Dry Ingredients

  • 150 grams Oat Flour (I grind oats into a flour in the Nutribullet.)
  • 75 grams Gluten-free Plain Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Biocarbonate soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 100 ml Plant-based milk
  • 100 ml Coconut oil (melted)
  • 100 ml Liquid sweetener of choice (Maple syrup or honey works well)
  1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then mix together everything.

  2. Divide into 6 muffin tin.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes on 180C(with fan).

  4. Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes.
