150 grams Oat Flour (I grind oats into a flour in the Nutribullet.)
75 grams Gluten-free Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Biocarbonate soda
Wet Ingredients
100 ml Plant-based milk
100 ml Coconut oil (melted)
100 ml Liquid sweetener of choice (Maple syrup or honey works well)
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then mix together everything.
Divide into 6 muffin tin.
Bake for 25 minutes on 180C(with fan).
Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes.
