Cinnamon Oat Scones
Dry Ingredients
- 150 grams Oat Flour (I grind oats into a flour in the Nutribullet.)
- 75 grams Gluten-free Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Biocarbonate soda
Wet Ingredients
- 100 ml Plant-based milk
- 100 ml Coconut oil (melted)
- 100 ml Liquid sweetener of choice (Maple syrup or honey works well)

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then mix together everything.

Divide into 6 muffin tin.

Bake for 25 minutes on 180C(with fan).

Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes.
