How it typically works

We don’t offer rigid packages. But here’s a format couples come back to again and again. Whether your wedding is styled to the nines or more stripped back, our food can match the tone – without compromising on substance.

  • Drinks reception – Scones, sandwiches, grazing cups or canapés. Choose chef’s selection or a custom mix.

  • Grazing boards as starters – Set on tables so guests can relax and chat.

  • BBQ mains – Guests are called through table-by-table. It’s quick, interactive and offers more choice (brilliant for dietary needs).

  • Plated desserts + tea/coffee – After we clear plates, dessert and drinks are served to each guest. Dessert stations are also becoming popular.

  • Evening food – Bacon baps, BBQ chicken, curry bowls – filling, familiar and well timed.

Special diets are part of the plan.
It’s built into our menus, not bolted on at the end. It’s all part of making sure your guests feel well looked after.

We cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary needs – and we do it properly. Meals are clearly labelled, separated, and delivered with the same care as everything else on the menu.

We’ll help you gather the information you need from guests, and you’ll know in advance exactly how it’s being handled.

We cater for special diets, however all allergens are present in our kitchens.

BBQ Pulled Pork (or Chicken)

This menu is designed for couples who want hearty BBQ flavour without the need for the trailer. Served with fresh salads, it works well in indoor venues or where space is limited. Couples can still add the Trailblazer if they would like a touch of atmosphere, but even without it this option delivers all the taste and variety of a classic BBQ spread.

We can cater for BBQ weddings with guest lists ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations of up to 120-150 guests. This flexibility allows us to create a memorable experience for your special day, no matter the size.

Our BBQ menu features a variety of delicious options, including slow-cooked pulled pork, Irish Steak Burgers, Jumbo Pork Sausages, Marinated Chicken Skewers and more! We focus on creating a relaxed atmosphere with hearty, flavourful food that your guests will love.

Yes! We work closely with you to design a bespoke menu that reflects your tastes and preferences. Whether you want specific BBQ dishes or need to accommodate dietary restrictions, we’re here to help make your vision come to life.

We recommend having a backup plan in case of rain. If you’re hosting an outdoor BBQ, we can discuss options for setting up a covered area or moving indoors to ensure your celebration remains enjoyable regardless of the weather.

We take dietary requirements seriously and strive to create an inclusive menu that caters to all guests. Just let us know in advance about any allergies or preferences, and we’ll craft a menu that ensures everyone enjoys the feast!

We require final guest numbers to be confirmed four weeks prior to your wedding date. We can accommodate increases in numbers up to 7 days before the event, but any decreases during the last 14 days will still be invoiced for, as orders will have been placed with suppliers.

Yes, we offer options for children. For those under 10 years old, we can provide a special menu or a smaller portion of the adult menu. Children over 10 years old are treated as adults for catering purposes.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event. We’re happy to discuss alternative options if needed.

We use a Trailblazer Charcoal BBQ, which is the size of a small garden trailer. It provides a lovely feature for special events and allows us to cook on-site.
