A flexible alternative to a traditional Wedding Meal, our Fork Buffets are designed for couples who want variety without the formality of a plated service. Guests can choose from a selection of mains and seasonal sides, making them well suited to larger guest numbers, marquees and informal celebrations.

BEYOND THE MAIN MEAL
From arrival food and drinks receptions to desserts, tea and coffee and late-night bites, there are plenty of ways to keep guests well looked after throughout the celebration.
Some of the smallest food moments often become the most memorable parts of the day, whether that’s canapés while photographs are being taken, coffee and fresh bakes shared with family or evening food once the dancing begins.

Guests Matter
Weddings bring together guests with different dietary requirements, food sensitivities and ways of eating. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the food and feel part of the celebration.
That’s why we encourage conversations about dietary requirements early in the planning process. It gives us time to understand your guests and ensure nobody feels overlooked when the food is served.
We regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and other dietary requirements. Rather than treating these meals separately at the end of the planning process, we build them into the conversation from the beginning.
Our goal is simple: making sure every guest can enjoy the food with confidence and feels like a valued part of the celebration, not an afterthought.
We are happy to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements and food sensitivities and will always discuss these with you during the planning process. However, food is prepared in a working kitchen and served within mobile catering environments, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

We can cater for BBQ weddings with guest lists ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations of up to 120-150 guests. This flexibility allows us to create a memorable experience for your special day, no matter the size.
Our BBQ menu features a variety of delicious options, including slow-cooked pulled pork, Irish Steak Burgers, Jumbo Pork Sausages, Marinated Chicken Skewers and more! We focus on creating a relaxed atmosphere with hearty, flavourful food that your guests will love.
Yes! We work closely with you to design a bespoke menu that reflects your tastes and preferences. Whether you want specific BBQ dishes or need to accommodate dietary restrictions, we’re here to help make your vision come to life.
We recommend having a backup plan in case of rain. If you’re hosting an outdoor BBQ, we can discuss options for setting up a covered area or moving indoors to ensure your celebration remains enjoyable regardless of the weather.
We take dietary requirements seriously and strive to create an inclusive menu that caters to all guests. Just let us know in advance about any allergies or preferences, and we’ll craft a menu that ensures everyone enjoys the feast!
We require final guest numbers to be confirmed four weeks prior to your wedding date. We can accommodate increases in numbers up to 7 days before the event, but any decreases during the last 14 days will still be invoiced for, as orders will have been placed with suppliers.
Yes, we offer options for children. For those under 10 years old, we can provide a special menu or a smaller portion of the adult menu. Children over 10 years old are treated as adults for catering purposes.

We use a Trailblazer Charcoal BBQ, which is the size of a small garden trailer. It provides a lovely feature for special events and allows us to cook on-site.

Krystal was amazing! She catered for every dietary need required and created a beautiful menu with us to suit everyone. Nothing was to much for Krystal and any questions or requests I had she answered and did them. She even made us dinosaur shortbread as our wedding was dinosaur inspired. She also made our wedding cake which had to be the nicest cake I have ever tasted and made cupcakes of every flavour we asked for. We had one of the best meals for our wedding day and we can’t thank her enough. All our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the food was and when will we be getting more cupcakes and cake from Krystal as they are to die for.
