Feeling a bit out of your depth in the kitchen, or simply in search of new culinary inspirations? At Table, we specialise in Food Coaching, offering a one-to-one service that’s not just about cooking. It’s about transforming how you approach food, particularly if you’re grappling with food intolerances.
Personalised Sessions Tailored to Your Tastes
Our food coaching is as individual as you are. Whether you can eat anything or have a sensitive stomach, our sessions are customised to meet your specific needs and tastes. We guide you through everything – from smart shopping tips to stocking your cupboards with the essentials, and of course, preparing delicious meals that are straightforward, quick and far from daunting.
Empowering You in Your Own Kitchen
Krystal, our founder, understands the challenges of dietary restrictions firsthand. Her journey began over 18 years ago with a digestive condition that led her down a path of medical tests, treatments, and even surgery. It was the adoption of an elimination diet, eliminating eggs, dairy, and grains whilst already being vegetarian, that truly helped her manage her symptoms through diet and nutrition. This experience has shaped our ethos at Table – empowering you to create enjoyable meals without the need for a plethora of gadgets or complex ingredients.
A Friendly Guide, Not a Dietitian
It’s important for you to know that Krystal isn’t a dietitian and we don’t offer nutritional advice or advocate for dietary changes without a doctor’s consultation. What Krystal brings to the table is her wealth of experience and insights from her research, particularly in dealing with chronic digestive conditions. She’s here to share her story and guide you on a journey of rediscovering the joy of wholesome cooking.
More Than Just Cooking
Our sessions are about more than just cooking. They’re about learning to incorporate unprocessed ingredients into your diet, discovering new ways to relish food, and most importantly, regaining control over what you eat. In a world increasingly dominated by processed foods, we’re passionate about helping you reconnect with real, nourishing food.
Collaborating with Experts
Understanding the importance of professional guidance, especially regarding dietary changes, is key. That’s why Table collaborates with qualified practitioners like Kate McCulla Nutrition, a dietitian specialising in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and weight loss, based in Four Winds, Belfast. This collaboration ensures any dietary recommendations are safe, effective and bespoke to your needs.
