About Table

Table is an event catering business based in Northern Ireland, working across Weddings, Private Events and Corporate events.

Since 2018, we’ve catered in homes, venues and outdoor spaces, often where there isn’t a traditional kitchen or setup in place.

We’re usually brought in early to help shape how the food will work within the day, not just what’s being served.

How we work

Most of our work comes from guests who have experienced us at someone else’s event and want the same feeling for their own.

That shapes how we approach things. It’s not about putting on a show. It’s about food that holds up across the day and a service that feels steady and well managed.

We pay attention to how an event actually runs – when food is served, how guests move through the space and what’s needed behind the scenes to keep everything flowing.

It means you don’t have to think about it on the day. Things are set up properly, handled quietly and delivered in a way that feels considered without being overdone.

Meet Krystal

Table is led by Owner and Chef, Krystal.

Her background sits across both food and events, so the focus is never just the menu. It’s how everything fits together on the day.

That means understanding the space, working around limitations and thinking through timing and flow.

The work centres around cooking on site, whether that’s outside on the BBQ or working within different kitchen setups depending on the event.

Table is structured to scale with each event, with the right team in place to support what’s needed on the day.

Looking after guests

Food plays a big part in how guests experience the day, so it needs to feel easy, considered and consistent from start to finish.

That includes guests with different dietary requirements. They’re not treated as an add-on or something separate, but as part of the overall menu.

The aim is that everyone is looked after in the same way, without it being made into a process or something that draws attention.

When that’s handled well, it removes a layer of stress for both hosts and guests and allows the day to flow as it should.
