Our role is to take the catering off your hands. We’ll guide you through what’s needed, set everything up on the day and make sure guests are looked after well.
Whether it’s a smaller gathering or a larger funeral tea, everything is organised to suit the space and the flow of the day.
We cater for funeral teas across Northern Ireland, including Belfast and surrounding areas, with options suited to both smaller gatherings and larger services.
If you have guests staying with you longer, we can also provide a hot meal for the end of the long day. If you would like more choice, please contact us to discuss further menu options.
Funerals are planned at short notice so we will respond quickly, helping you create a menu that works for your family. We are flexible and can incorporate a selection of your loved one’s favourite food – making it truly personal. If needed, we can also for special dietary requirements – vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free etc.
A traditional funeral tea typically consists of sandwiches, mini scones and a selection of traybakes. We mainly provide finger buffets as it is a less formal way of presenting food, allowing guests to talk and reminisce about memories. Buffets also are designed to accommodate a few extra guests as it can be difficult to estimate guest numbers.
We also can create more bespoke menus if desired.

We don’t have ‘Set package’ prices. We have some sample menus that we can send for you to use as a guide. Our quotations are priced on an event by event bases depending requirements – level of desired serving staff, disposables or crockery, onsite kitchen or not, etc.
