Submit your event details on our Contact Form with detailed information about your event. We’ll provide menu options and a bespoke quotation. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your date and final payment, guest numbers and dietary requirements are typically due at least 2 weeks before the event.
Yes, we need a rough estimate when you book, but final numbers must be confirmed two weeks before the event. We can accommodate increases up to three days before, but any decreases within the two weeks will still be invoiced. If there is a significant drop in guest numbers, we may need to revise your quote to reflect the updated requirements.
Menu changes can be made up to one month before your event.
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit to secure your booking date. The balance, final numbers and any special dietary requests are due at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

If vehicle access (1.8m wide) is unavailable, alternative menus like BBQ Chicken or Pulled Pork can be arranged. A flat, level area of 3x3m (or 3x6m for larger events) is required for setup.
Access to an onsite kitchen is helpful but not essential. They can work with just water and electricity or discuss options if these are unavailable.
Setup typically takes 2–2.5 hours, possibly longer for larger events.
Yes, travel charges are based on travel time and mileage.
Yes, we include setup, service, and cleanup in our service to make things stress-free for you.
Cooking is done on the BBQ trailer, which offers some protection. For serving in poor weather, protected areas are recommended. They suggest MJM Marquees or North Down Marquees for hire.
They recommend Shaw’s Hire or Batty’s Hire for event equipment.
The BBQ menus are cooked using a Trailblazer Charcoal BBQ, which is the size of a small garden trailer.
For children under 10, special menus or smaller portions can be provided. Children over 10 are treated as adults.
No, Table cannot accommodate or cook foods that we have not supplied.
We have Signature and Popular menus, but we’re happy to consider with bespoke requests to create a menu that’s perfect for your event.
Yes, they accommodate special dietary needs and take allergies and cultural requirements seriously. Notification is required at least two weeks prior.
Yes, options are available. They can use a smaller electric pan or clean the BBQ thoroughly to decrease the risk of cross-contamination. Given the mobile nature of our business we cannot 100% guarantee.

Yes, Table is fully insured and registered with Environmental Health.

A rough estimate of numbers needs to be given at the time of booking. Final numbers need to be confirmed four weeks prior to the Wedding date. Any increase in numbers up until 7 days of the event can be catered for. However any decrease in number during those 14 days will still be invoiced for (as orders will have been placed with suppliers).
For all children under 10 years old, we can provide a special menu option or they can a smaller portion of the adult menu. Any children over 10 years old are treated as adults.
We can provide some menu tasting for additional fee.
Yes, you can change your menu up to 1 month before your special day.
We strive to cater for special dietary requirements. We take all dietary/allergy and cultural requirements seriously. We require notification of any special diets at least 1 month prior to the event date.
Please note that all menu items are prepared in environments that are not totally free from allergen ingredients. See our Menu Disclaimer for more details.
All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens maybe present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as our entire menu is produced in the same kitchen.
Please ensure to include a request in the Guest Event Invitation for Special dietary requirements.
We also advise that the guest with a special diet is identified to our staff prior to the mealtime.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to event.

We will discuss requirements and venue access. Typically we set up the day before the wedding. Any equipment hire will be delivered the day before.
We will arrive onsite on the day in the morning time to begin our meal preparations.
We can provide quotation for either crockery hire or eco-friendly palm leaf disposables.
The Palm Leaf plates are a lovely option for a more quirky, rustic style menu.
Costs depend on total guest numbers.
We are based in Belfast and we mainly cater across Northern Ireland. The Travel charges are a combination of travel time and mileage.
We are Fully Insured, registered with Environmental Health with a current 5 star Food Hygiene Certificate.
CANCELLATIONS Cancellation charges are payable for cancellations of any confirmed event.
We recommend that you purchase event insurance.
